Built from lived experience
In 2021, three months after my daughter was born, I started my career as a virtual assistant. I wasn’t planning to build a business — I just wanted meaningful work that let me be present for my family.
Within months I was fully booked on referrals. Business owners kept sending me to their friends because I showed up, took ownership, and cared about their outcomes like they were my own.
In 2024, I hired my first offshore VA. She’s still with the agency today. That placement became the blueprint for everything Collaborative Co. does now.
I built The Collab Framework™ because I’ve been a VA. I know what it feels like to carry everything alone. I built this agency so nobody — client or VA — ever has to feel that way.
